For Ward 3 Alderman

A father, husband, and neighbor who believes Ward 3 deserves a voice as hardworking and hopeful as the people who live here.

Balazs Busznyak, candidate for Ward 3 Alderman

“I’m running because the people of Ward 3 deserve a leader who shows up, listens, and works as hard as they do.”

— Balazs Busznyak

I’m running for the neighborhood my family calls home.

I’m a father, a husband, and an entrepreneur. Those roles have taught me that good leadership starts with showing up, listening carefully, and taking responsibility.

I love the outdoors and the Olean area—the trails, hills, seasons, and close-knit neighborhoods that give this place its character. I’m running because I want Ward 3 to remain a place where families can put down roots, local businesses can thrive, and neighbors look out for one another.
